These Terms of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern the subscription and use of CHR Solution services operated by HRC Consulting.

HRC Consulting publishes and operates the CHR Solution software platform for cafés, hotels and restaurants, including a point-of-sale module (CHR POS), a stock and inventory management module (CHR Stock), a purchasing management module (CHR Achats / CHR Purchasing), and their associated mobile applications. These Terms apply to any subscription, use and termination of these services, regardless of the customer's place of establishment.
Pricing is described on the Pricing page and confirmed by quote or order form upon subscription. The contract is formed upon HRC Consulting's confirmation and the customer's express acceptance of these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen, in euros (EUR) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Unless otherwise indicated, prices are stated excluding tax; VAT, where applicable, is added in accordance with the regulation applicable to the customer's country. A 15% discount applies for annual commitments.
The customer undertakes to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. HRC Consulting deploys reasonable means to ensure service availability without guaranteeing absolute uptime. Support conditions are specified in the subscribed pricing plan.
All elements of the service (code, trademarks, logos, content, databases) remain the exclusive property of HRC Consulting or its rights holders. The subscription grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the subscription.
Personal data processing is covered by a separate Privacy Policy, compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Moroccan Law no. 09-08.
The customer may terminate their subscription at any time through their back-office or by contacting HRC Consulting via the contact form (subject: billing). Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, except for any mandatory contrary provision applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.
