If you work in hospitality, you know the scene. An Excel file named "supplier-prices-2024-v3-final-ok.xlsx". A paper binder of orders. A saturated inbox with PDF mercurial lists, scanned invoices and "can you confirm the exact quantity?".
Restaurants are demanding. Food distribution is too. And yet, digital tools are often a generation behind — or ill-fitted, because built for other verticals.
CHR Solution starts from a conviction: purchasing and stock, in hospitality, are one single flow. When the distributor updates a price, the restaurateur\'s recipe should know. When the restaurateur orders, the sheet lands at the distributor — not in a new email slot.
We\'re just getting started. On our roadmap: E-signature module, invoice OCR (Mindee), AI for allergen detection and calorie computation.
